Coverage is available for employees and qualified dependents and includes preventative, inpatient,
outpatient, maternity, mental health, prescription drug and emergency services. And, with COBRA you
can choose to continue your coverage for up to 18 months after the end of your assignment. |

CIGNA's PPO plan provides coverage for preventative, orthdontia, basic and
