ADP iPay   Secure 24/7 on-line access to your pay statments. Access and download earnings and W-2 history, set email notification for new pay statements and use check calculators to help estimate salary, retirement, and investment scenarios.
     
    Direct deposit is available for all assignments but not required for iPay access. Aspire's pay date is Wednesday.
     
Health Insurance   Choose from an HMO or PPO group plan offered through CIGNA HealthCare. Coverage is available for employees and qualified dependents and includes preventative, inpatient, outpatient, maternity, mental health, prescription drug and emergency services. And, with COBRA you can choose to continue your coverage for up to 18 months after the end of your assignment.
     
Vision Insurance   Automatic coverage when you enroll in one of the medical plans. This option is not available as a stand alone.
     
Dental Insurance   CIGNA's PPO plan provides coverage for preventative, orthdontia, basic and major dental services for employees and qualified dependents.
     
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)   As an Aspire employee you are automatically covered by CIGNA's EAP. This service is designed to help employees and their dependents with such issues as stress, financial or legal problems, and balancing work and family life. Services are free and confidential.
     
Flexible Spending Accounts   Set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for qualified out-of-pocket expenses such as health care, dependent care and transportation you expect to incur during the calendar year. This can also help lower your tax rate.
     
Holidays   Aspire recognizes the six major holidays and holiday pay is offered on many client assignments. Eligibility requirements and/or any restrictions will be discussed with you when the job is presented.
     
Bonus Programs   Referral, sign-on, longevity and completion bonuses are offered for specific client assignments or through individual offices. Talk to your local office to see what’s available in your area.
     
Per Diem and Travel Allowances   Per diem and/or relocation packages may be available. Check with your local office on availability and eligibility requirements.
     
529 College Savings Plan   Under this Plan, you can invest money for higher education (your own or your children's) and watch your investments grow on a tax-free basis.
     
Credit Union   Most offices have an established relationship with local credit unions to provide you with additional savings and credit vehicles. Or use your own credit union with the direct deposit option listed above.
